Overview

• Delivery for data and advanced analytics for Net Revenue Management (NRM)
• Manage New Business Requirements / Work Intake / Project delivery
• Be the IT Owner driving the development and adoption of the analytics product for NRM partnering with the business
Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ideas and projects for Data and Analytics within time and budget independently with minimal supervision 
• Drive solution design and build to ensure scalability, performance and reuse 
• Ensure on time and on budget delivery which satisfies project requirements, while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.   
• Manage work intake, prioritization and release timing; balancing demand and available resources.  Ensure tactical initiatives are aligned with the strategic vision and business needs 

 

Qualifications

• 6 + years’ experience in Information Technology or Business Relationship Management
• 4 + years’ experience in data and analytics build and technology delivery

• Excellent remote collaboration skills 
• Experience working in a matrix organization with diverse priorities 
• Solutions Delivery experience - expertise in system development lifecycle, integration, and sustainability 
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in project management 
• Experience in Data, BI or Analytics projects is a must
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, advanced analytics capabilities and data catalog tools
• Data profiling and analysis
- Ability to collaborate with people from different regions and backgrounds
- Business users from insights, marketing and other commercial functions (L7-LG1)
- Must be a strong team player with effective teamwork skills
- Positively influence immediate team members, extended team members, business partners and all customers
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively.
- Applies personal leadership to others to get results
- Operate in a matrix environment working across multiple stakeholders across global and sector

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with collaboration and listening skills 
• Ability to work with agile delivery methodologies 
• Ability to ideate requirements & design iteratively with business partners without formal requirements documentation  
• Ability to take major ownership in orchestrating workshops with IT/Business teams and facilitate interactive sessions on data and analytical solutions
• Excellent communication and strong inter-personal skills
