Lead Engineer 1 - Process Mining

Overview

As a Process Discovery Engineer, you will be responsible for the requirement understanding, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of new and existing process mining models. Position requires high degree of communication skills to engage with Sector IT and business stakeholders to mange the delivery.

Responsibilities

·  Experienced in data extraction, data modelling and dashboarding of process mining models on Celonis.
·  Experienced with agile development methodology (i.e., Safe Agile)
·  Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and the requirements for process mining.
·  Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
·  Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
·  Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.
·  Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a change control process
·  Good exposure to error handling and recovery strategies.
·  Exposure to mainframe systems and remote applications like Citrix.
Qualifications

·  5 years of hands-on development experience with a solid understanding of programming concepts
·  2 + years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar tools
·  Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with process analysis, requirements gathering and programming background
·  Solid data modelling background and configuration skills on process mining tools like Celonis 
·  Exposure to MS Azure cloud
·  Advanced DBMS skills and SQL skills.
·  Exposure to machine learning techniques and understanding of various models
·  Basic understanding of Azure DevOps.
·  Understands development methodology and lifecycle
·  Good stakeholder management skills
·  Good co-ordination skills to engage and communicate between multiple teams involved in the projects
·  Must be a team player, ability to work to balance between multiple deliverables.
