Your mission:
As part of the Sales and Key Account Management team, your role will extend beyond traditional support – you'll be the orchestrator of seamless collaboration between Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Supervisors, and the focal point liaising with GBS for the DTS Channel and customers.
You will also be the coordinator of operational excellence! Your mission includes crafting and maintaining cutting-edge tools that empower our team to swiftly and objectively address the daily requests of the team, turning challenges into opportunities!
Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
· Conduct in-depth analysis to inform strategic decision-making, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and trends.
· Develop and deliver clear, concise reports that provide actionable insights, supporting the enhancement of sales strategies and channel performance.
· Assist the field team with documentation, ensuring streamlined processes and effective communication within the team.
· Collaborate closely with the team to formulate impactful sales plans tailored to the channel's unique requirements.
· Contribute to the creation and monitoring of G2M (Go to Market) plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
· Play a key role in crafting and advancing promotional initiatives within the channel, enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement.
Qualifications

· Proven background in roles requiring strong analytics and data management skills, showcasing the ability to derive meaningful insights.
· Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
· A proactive mindset, anticipating needs and taking initiative to address challenges, contributing to a dynamic and forward-thinking work environment.
· Demonstrated commitment to achieving results coupled with strong critical analysis skills, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making.
· Proven ability to work independently, taking ownership of responsibilities and driving initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
· Strong Excel and/or Power BI skills
