Job description
Overview
The role is responsible for working with the transition manager, PMO and functional teams to plan and execute the particular waves of migration of thr business processes from PepsiCo business unit / sector to KBS following PepsiCo transition methodology.
The role is also responsible for managing transition projects.
Responsibilities
· Managing E2E low complex lift-shift transition waves with limited scope
· Preparing, owning and tracking detailed project plan,
· Setting up the governance rhythm, including weekly progress status meeting, huddles with KC team and meeting with business representatives
· Monitoring project deliverables progress: timeliness, completion status and sending regular updates to key stakeholders.
· Performing due diligence on the transition wave scope to achieve detailed project requirements
· Proactive identification and reporting of the risks. Working with respective teams to ensure mitigation plans are put in place and executed accordingly.
· Running regular meetings with the stakeholders
· Cooperation and maintaining good relations with TMO, PMO; connection point between them and transition team
· Transition standard reporting management: data collection, consolidation, distribution
· Supporting transition team in communication; updates regarding changes, requirements of the methodology
· Stakeholders management, communication with escalation faclitation if required
· Working with the respective teams to deliver service metrics for planned migration, required service documentation, to ensure facility / seats are available and to deliver required IT infrastructure.
· Managing logistics for knowledge capture associated travel
· Maintaing transition wave’s files and folders for future audit purposes, contact point and coordinator for audit / control
Qualifications
· Proven ability to work independently with different stakeholders, good stakeholder management
· Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
· Understanding of metrics, process improvements, lean and six sigma would be helpful
· Proficient with MS Office – MS Excel and MS Power point in particular
· Fluency in English
