Responsibilities
· To provide business partnering across the Plant organization as required, ensuring all HR activity is making valuable contributions in line with Supply Chain strategic and operational priorities;
· Provide HR business partnering support to aligned teams, working with the respective leadership team(s) whilst influencing and facilitating the creation and implementation of the plans;
· To work collectively as part of a team of Supply Chain HR Business partners, assuming responsibility for leading a variety of supply chain people initiatives and projects, as assigned within the team to drive transformation in the Plant;
· Build strong working relationships with people managers and provide support on any organizational change, employee relations and HR related issues within their teams.
· Support with all Core HR people planning processes e.g. Performance Management, Annual Business Planning.
· Work with Plant Leaders, other HR Team members, Legal, Controls and Finance to accurately track and monitor employment costs.
· Participating in collaboration with trade union.
· Support and lead elements of the Talent Review process, ensuring that career conversations are happening at all levels and coaching managers where necessary.
· Support the performance calibration process.
· Give constructive, actionable feedback to help managers and employees to improve their performance
· Drive and support reward processes for the org.
· Implement and drive engagement agenda for Plant organization.
· Work together with leaders to reach our Gender Diversity and Inclusion targets.
Qualifications
· University degree
· HR generalist experience with specific skills in positively managing challenging disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases
· 2-3 years of experience of HR partnering with key business functions
· Experience of managing organisational change, e.g. restructure, org design
· Proven organisation skills and an ability to juggle priorities within a busy and varied role
· Tenacious, patient, trustworthy in keeping matters confidential with high integrity in dealing with colleagues at all levels
· Fluent in English
