Now hiring a IT Control & Risk Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team in Carrigaline on Specified Purpose contract up to 10 months duration.

We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. Primary Accountabilities:

·  Drive delivery of Legacy Application (Non-SAP) Controls across 50+ applications, through execution of project activities including, attendance at and co-ordination of process workshops, project planning, documentation review, solution design, and testing.
·  Engagement with Key Stakeholders across Global Sites in delivery of the Legacy Applications project, problem solving to remove road blocks, and ensuring on time delivery against project plan.
·  Monitoring of Legacy Application Control execution, to ensure sustainability of process and control design
·  Support the execution of Control and Compliance deliverables across SOX Control Execution and Testing as related to SAP to ensure compliance with Corporate control deliverables.
·  Support the centralised control agenda in such areas as Segregation of Duties, Data Analytics, Master System Configuration Controls, Master Data Management.
·  Completion of business risk assessments, to validate the appropriateness of Controls design, amending as appropriate

Qualifications/Requirements

Essential Skills:

·  Education to degree level in a relevant discipline (Finance/Accounting/BIS)
·  Able to work under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines while at the same time displaying attention to detail.
·  Proven ability to develop and maintain key strategic relationships i.e. Decision Makers, Service Levels, Customer Relationship, Service Culture and Performance Management
·  Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive leadership teams
·  Strong collaboration & influencing skills.
