Inventory Control   Coordinator - 3rd Shift. 

Sun - Thursday.

4 am - 12 pm (Subject to change).

Responsibilities

The Inventory Control Coordinator/Analyst is responsible for leading all inventory control activities. Responsible for the coordination and execution of the inventory management plan, including physical cycle counting process and daily reconciliation of inventory to ensure product availability. Supervise a small team and communicate expectations and goals daily to meet internal KPI’s performance standards.  This role will work with other cross functional teams and will provide recommendations for inventory disposition. This role will also have a strong presence on the floor.  The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, dependability, ability to follow directions and a strong willingness to learn

·  Analyze inventory transaction and material flow, identify causes of inventory inaccuracies, and make any necessary adjustments
·  Prepare and reconcile required daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and production reports for operations leadership team
·  Train and update teammates on job function/procedures
·  Assign and Assess processes and procedures for inventory related tasks
·  Troubleshoot Inventory discrepancies
·  Coordinate with all warehouse locations to ensure inventory accuracy and effective transfer practices
·  Respond to issues via email or phone in a timely manner
·  Maintain safety, housekeeping, and maintenance standards
·  Interact with other departments to help make team successful
·  Push productivity while simultaneously controlling costs
·  Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned
·  Replenishment settings are up to date and working as intended
·  Manage locations overrides and work to understand root causes
·  Monitor and failed any EMS alerts and the failed download viewers
·  Confirm all partial pallets are in partial pallets configured locations
·  Review Inventory adjustment details to confirm only authorized users are making adjustments to the correct financial lines
·  Review Maintenance Dashboard for any aging profile exceptions, non-receivable FG items, LPNS with quantities greater than footprint and correct to prevent any allocation issues
·  Item footprint maintenance:  All items have the correct default footprint
·  MLP maintenance, strategizing with sales on optimizing layer performance
·  Ensure Inventory Hold matches NIS hold and QC hold tracker
·  Work with production/Quality Managers to determine potential repack opportunities

Compensation & Benefits:

•The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,000 - $57,950 per year based on a full-time schedule
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

·  High school diploma or equivalent, required
·  1+ years of experience working within a Distribution Center environment required
·  3+ years in a Leadership capacity within a Distribution Center environment
·  Experience operating RF scanners, required
·  Must be able to read, write, and speak English
·  Workforce Planning experience required
·  Deliver resolution to issues and promote process improvement
·  JDA/WMS knowledge working systems required.
·  Good technical writing, documentation, and record keeping skills
·  Effective people and planning skills required
·  Computer literacy with proficiency in all Microsoft programs; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
·  Ability to interact and communicate with all levels both internally and externally
·  Promote fair, safe, trained, and engaged work environment
·  CPIM Certified strongly preferred
·  Two plus years of inventory management experience
·  What you'll bring:
·  Two years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred with exposure to Lean Six Sigma
·  Your experience with supervising front line staff in a performance-driven, challenging environment
·  Microsoft Suite including excel proficiency level
·  Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others, effective coaching, leading a team-based approach to decision-making
·  This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
·  Must have a valid driver’s license
·  Safe driving record strongly preferred
