Responsibilities

·  Recruitment coordination, managing vacancies in applicant tracking system:
(opening, posting and closing roles, interview scheduling, offer management) – also for Campus roles.
·  Internal recruitment
·  On-boarding agent; coordinate pre-boarding activities to ensure On-boarding process
·  Serves as admin support to Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR BPs
·  Reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
·  Identifying issues and working on process improvements
·  Participating in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications

·  Basic MS Office skills
·  Fluent English and Spanish is a must
·  Attention to details and ability to focus
·  Fluent Italian will be a plus

·  Eagerness to learn and develop in the area of Talent Acquisition
