Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The HR Ops Assoc Analyst is responsible for executing data quality audits, supporting data governance initiatives, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of HR data. This role is vital for maintaining high standards of HR data integrity and involves working closely with various stakeholders within the HR function, including HRIS teams, HR functional teams and HR business partners.
Your Impact
As HR Ops Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:
· Conduct regular data quality audits and assist in implementing corrective actions.
· Support the development and enforcement of data governance policies.
· Collaborate with HR teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
· Assist in data cleansing and maintenance projects.
· Design, maintain, and streamline the reporting ecosystem to enable evolution of reporting to meet growing business needs.
· Ingest new data sources into the production data systems.
· Management of databases (capture, analysis, order and debugging).
· Ensure data quality in all data sources and reporting applications.
· Support periodical Reporting and Analytical needs as needed by developing programs and data models.
· Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and contiuous improvement.
· Recommend new ways of exploiting information to improve business processes and results.
Qualifications
¿Who Are We Looking For?
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study.
· Experience in computer database management, SQL systems.
· Knowledge in at least one programming language (Python, C++) preferred.
· 1+ year of performance measurement and/or reporting experience preferred.
· Fluent in English and Portuguese.
· Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word.
· Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy preferred.
· Experience using data visualization and reporting using at least one of PowerBi, Tableau.
· Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
