Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Operations Analyst for a 3 months contract to work for an exciting project.

 

Key responsibilities are: 

·  Administering card distribution to new hires and maintaining accurate records of cardholders
·  Managing the Ergani system (employee hirings and departures)
·  Managing employee files (leaves, active, inactive)
·  Conducting thorough reviews of data submitted to Ergani and reconciling it with actual attendance records.
·  Generating reports to identify and address missing clock-ins.
·  Facilitating communication with cardholders to ensure adherence to individual work schedules.
·  Reviewing and adjusting contracts in accordance with local laws and regulations.
