Job description
Responsibilities
· Be responsible for frontline hiring in the business
· Represents HR to the site and geography-based managers/employees.
· Supports recurring HR services, processes and training with SDTs
· Support HRBP/Local HRM to provide local dispute resolution through strong employee relationships .
· Responsible for the data input and maintenance in myHR system
· Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating
· Represents HR to the site and geography-based managers/employees.
· Be responsible for frontline hiring in the business unit
· Activate global HR solutions, core processes and training
· Support site employee relations
· Feed local pulse to Senior Local HR/HRBP
· Ensure policy consistency/compliance with rules and laws
· Execute processes to tackle site problems (turnover, absenteeism)
· Local community/government employment agency contact
· Assist TA with local sources of talent
· Coach new HRA by conducting myHR training activities and providing operational support during handover/transition period.
· Act as first-line functional support to myHR users after go-live, and assist users on system operations matters.
· Produce regular and ad hoc reports from myHR system, and support review and analysis.
