The Opportunity

 

Responsible for the the development and execution of a sourcing and risk management strategy for Sweeteners & Specialities across PMF that is aligned to the supply chains while driving productivity and driving other business priorities agendas.

Responsibilities

Your Impact 

 

As GP Sweeteners Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of :

 

·  Develop, algin and execute a short, medium- and long-term sourcing strategies across PMF that are individually aligned to the local supply chains’ needs
·  Develop and execute an appropriate risk management strategy (Playbook, FX hedging) and other strategies that meets local finance teams’ needs
·  Lead and coordinate Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) efforts across PMF: 1) supplier development (identification/validation) to improve competitive tension and 2) supplier performance management to improve quality/service among new/existing suppliers.
·  Identify and generate harmonization and/or volume leverage opportunities across PMF to drive YOY productivity through the execution of productivity workshops and/or ideation sessions with internal functions and suppliers.
·  Construct and align accurate financial deliverables (AOP, monthly forecasts, sensitivity analysis, end-of-month reports, coverage) that support local financing planning.
·  Ensure compliance to PepsiCo and Procurement’s global and local policies through the coordination and execution of master/supply legal contracts and other deliverables.
·  lead the cross-functional efforts to the implementation for the mid/long-term business priorities agendas regarding Sustainability and  WWP objectives in the PMF Sweeteners suppliers.
·  Identify, prevent and work to solve any operational risks through the development and implementation of business continuity through the collaboration with the Stakeholders ( including R&D, Operations, vendors among others)
·  Provide support to across functions to ensure an effective supply chain, including among others 1) E2E support (contingencies, quality escalations, shipments follow up) and 2) P2P (material receptions, accounts payable follow up).
·  Follow Market and vendors KPI´s to guarantee prices competitiviness and vendors Performance.

 

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For? 

·  Education

 

·  BS in Engineering, Business or Finance

 

·  Experience

 

·  1-2 years of Operations, Supply Chain or Procurement experience
·  Strong analytical and quantitative skills
·  Advanced fluent written and spoken English

 

·  Ability to work and make decisions under pressure
·  Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
·  Capacity to identify meaningful relationships in data to draw conclusions
·  Effective relationship and negotiations skills
·  Results driven decide, commit, and execute fast
·  Demonstrated passion, positive energy, commitment
