The Opportunity

 

Support Change Management strategic agenda for end to end Procurement Transformation across LATAM, focusing on identifying and driving opportunities for significant change. The role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of ambitious, complex, and multi-faceted transformation programmes, including elements of organizational redesign, remodelling of policies, behaviour change and delivery of culture adoption.

 

The change jr. manager will support and coach people managers and supervisors as they help their teams through their transitions. Similarly, the change manager supports project managers and project teams to integrate change management activities with their project plans. As Procurement is facing a major change, the Change Jr. Manager will need to support 5 Market Supply Officers and 14 different countries in the transformation process by creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that drive employee adoption and minimize resistance. This person focuses on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more. The change jr. manager's goal is to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work. These improvements increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.

 

Responsibilities

Your Impact 

 

As Change Management Jr. Manager your scope would consist of:

 

·  Lead, articulate and develop holistic Change Management Strategy and roadmap for total Transformation program with multi-country and multi-capability complexity
·  Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities. Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
·  Support communication efforts. Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications
·  Assess the change impact. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
·  Support training efforts. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
·  Analyse the impact on the business, including the stakeholders, policies and processes, of any digital technology project or initiative as well as sustainability and innovation
·  Design the new Procurement culture framework and deploy it across teams
·  Develop, champion, and recommend changes to policies and guidelines to meet strategic objectives, ensuring that such policies are aligned to regulatory requirements and company framework
·  Measure Change Management and Org Design effectiveness
·  Track and report issues on each strategic project, define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
·  Facilitate sessions with leaders and teams at various levels to educate them on the change process, change concepts, typical reactions to change and the basics of change leadership
·  Support change management at the organizational level

 

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

 

Experience

 

·  +2 years of previous experience in Change Management (mandatory)
·  Solid collaborative leadership skills across function, sector, and business boundaries
·  Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
·  Strong leadership skills
·  Prior experience of implementing Change Programs with large scale change initiatives
·  Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
·  Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
·  Track record of having earned the trust of a leadership team by challenging norms, improving efficiency, enabling growth and upgrading team performance. (mandatory)
·  Experience influencing and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders to meet deliverables. (mandatory)
