Responsibilities
The Opportunity
· Gestão direta da equipe de execução Supervisor de Merchandising e Promotores de Vendas, garantindo desenvolvimento da pessoas e aplicação da estratégica de ponto de venda com Loja Perfeita;
· Planejar e executar a agenda de Dynamo (Modelo de Gestão OT), com agendas internas focadas em planejamento e gestão da equipe, e externas focadas em desenvolver o PDV;
· Treinar e orientar os Supervisores e Promotores sobre os padrões de Loja Perfeita da PepsiCo, garantindo execução com excelencia em todos os PDVs;
· Realizar reuniões de alinhamento estratégico recorrentes com time de Venda das contas Nacionais e Regionais;
· Planejar e executar mudanças de alocação de promotores entre lojas, visando sempre melhorar o atendimento nas lojas;
· Realizar pesquisas/auditorias de execução no PDV;
· Trabalhar no desenvolvimento continuo da equipe de Supervisores e Promotores;
· Liderar com foco absoluto em segurança e zero acidentes;
· Gestão e Desenvolvimento de equipe com perfil de OT e Cash & Carry;
· Garantia de Loja Perfeita e atingimento de Net Sales/Volume + Stales e KPIs de Conectados;
· Executar a estratégia e calendário dos clientes, de acordo com alinhamento com time de vendas matricial;
· Assegurar a aplicação do processo Dynamo como base de desenvolvimento das pessoas e do negócio;
· Proteger o Atendimento de Promotores da região conforme estratégia do negócio;
· Conduzir sessões de trabalho e alinhamento com áreas internas com foco em assegurar o nível de execução;

CNH B definitiva.
Experiência com gestão de time na área Comercial.
Forte experiencia em Execução em Loja
· Gestão de conflitos;
· Desenvolvimento de pessoas;
· Pensamento/Capacidade estratégica;
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
· High level of attention to detail with strong data interpretation ability;
· High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel including financial modeling, processing large volume data and interfacing with corporate reporting systems;
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various levels of the organization (assertive communication);
· Basic understanding of accounting principles;
· Ability to build effective relationships and influence others; People / person orientation;
· Ability to develop and motivate direct reports;
· Highly organized, with a strong ability to work quickly and accurately while handling competing priorities;
· Influencing skills & gentle relationship, to interact with customers and financial institutions;
· Fluent in English; Spanish – nice to have.
· Collectability tools knowledge (SAP preferable);
· Collections KPIs and reports knowledge (DSO; Bad Debt; OCF);
·
· Sereval go to market strategies complexify the environment, both OT, Indirect and DTS channels that requires unique methodology
· Several systems interaction mainly due to still having FAS legacy in DTS channel (to be migrated to SAP during 2022/2023
· Volumetry of transactions much higher than the other market´s companies.
· Digital transformation, Acelera strategies comprising several projects such as Bilha+, Xadrez, eCommerce, etc.
