Responsibilities
Your Impact
As HRBP Sales your scope would consist of:
· Lead the HR agenda for OT Sales Team
· Architect of Human Capital Strategy, including appropriate talent, organizational interventions and helps make strategy and change happen in the area;
· Acts as a catalyst for sustained business performance collaborating on building an strategic plan and ensures that HR strategies and strategic plan are translated into concrete actions and tangible results;
· Lead and perform talent and organization diagnoses to align with and drive strategy;
· Lead and leverage HR processes and drive HR initiatives including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation planning, reinforce Culture, succession planning, training and development strategy, organization effectiveness and employee relations;
· Leverage strong relationships with business leaders to position Sales priorities linked to business strategy;
· Assure attraction, retention, development and engagement through preparation/coordination/implementation of HR strategic and annual operational plans aligned to the business;
· Contribute to organizational effectiveness and productivity reflected by controlled turnover, OHS and people cost;
· Identify and provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and other team members
· Measure and tracks the quality of HR work by defining, prioritizing and measuring HR's contribution to business performance based on AOP targets;
· Drives execution of core HR processes and responsible of achieving completion per timelines.
· Prepare annual headcount & payroll budget, in cooperation HR Analyst and monitor actuals every month.
· Identify risks to the delivery of the business strategy and brings the right resources to the table to support it.
· Diagnose functional organizational health, identify solutions, advises and coaches Managers to serve as a change leader.
· Significant autonomy is provided to develop and implement key strategies and programs.
· Regular meetings/conference local and regional
· Lead meetings with Sr Leaders (Directors and regional managers) in order to push team transformation aligned to Acelera PBF – business strategy
· Coach and develop HR Analyst (1- L05 and 3- L06) in order to prepare HR bench pipeline.
Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree (Business, Psychology, HR, or related)
· Languages skills as English and Spanish intermediary
· Influence and communication skills
· Previous experience with complex client (seniority) and full HR life-cycle
· Leadership skills and people management
· Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
