Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This role is oriented to provide service to carriers and stakeholders in the United States about invoice rejection and payment inquiries for freight services in the Warehouse Delivery (WHD) division of Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA).
Your Impact
As MBS Freight Payment Analyst your functions would consist of
· Provide service to stakeholders in the United States for the Account Payables process associated with third party freight services for Warehouse Delivery (WHD) division of Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA).
· Investigate and resolve invoice rejections for shipments associated with Quaker, Gatorade, Pepsi & Rockstar brands.
· Provide assistance to carriers with invoice and payment inquires.
· Close relation with Regional Transportation Managers (RTM) and location personnel for rate confirmation and accessorial approvals.
· Use of internal systems such as SAP / Enterprise Transportation Manager System (ETMS) / Enterprise Route Guide (ERG) for shipment and rate validation.
· Mass invoice processing via spreadsheet templates.
· Result-oriented role based on weekly targets and KPI.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Key skills: Excel intermediate, Use of SAP, Logistics Knowledge
Education: Logistics / International Trade / Supply Chain / Accountant / Business Administration
Experience: Experience in Account Payables process; Experience in Freight Forwarder (2PL, 3PL), Custom Broker Agencies or Logistics companies is highly desirable.
Language: Fluent English (Speaking & Writting)
