Job Description

Purpose of the role:

As a Finance Analyst you will be directly responsible for providing relevant and accurate financial analysis and for supporting Franchise Team in all specific BU’s Franchise Finance requirements. You will work together with both Franchise Finance Business Partner and a Franchise Finance Lead. This role gives you an interesting chance to grow within FP&A area of expertise.

Main accountabilities:

·  Act as a key point of contact for Franchise Finance BP and support specific BU’s Franchise Finance requirements in all key activities such as: delivery of financial planning and analysis, franchise performance, market place investment and innovation, business strategy development and control environment to drive operational efficiency
·  Perform the following activities:​​
·  DELIVERY OF FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS support core planning processes such as: AOP, forecasts, A&M budget building and curving, Build / Draw and inventory analysis, D&A calculations, Annual Pricing calculations and recommendations.
·  FRANCHISE PERFORMANCE – PBRs preparation, Coop/Black Swan/Schedule tracking, Performance KPIs
·  MARKETPLACE INVESTMENT & INNOVATION – preparation of various financial analysis in area of Commercialisation Support (P&Ls, pricing) and Market Place Investment Analysis
·  BUSINESS STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT – support on Bottler EBA Renewals
·  CONTROL ENVIRONMENT/ FRANCHISE CONTROLS – assistance in month close activities, incl. accruals management, Gross Revenue & COGS analysis; ensuring processes and internal control procedures are designed and implemented within the processes in line with the Franchise and company requirements
·  Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of reports and data to the relevant BUs
·  Engage with BU Franchise Finance team for business performance updates
·  Involve in projects oriented at improvement of financial reporting and internal controls across the Franchise Finance
·  Support Franchise Finance Lead in simplification and standardization of processes/reports/WoW
·  Act as an SME in process improvement, that will drive sector horizontal support in some areas (P&L, Sector Reporting, Control activities, Governance of EBA/BDA, selected parts of A&M)
·  Provide assistance to other team members including knowledge and best practice sharing

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Around 1 to 2 years of professional experience in finance and planning
·  Bachelor’s/Master’s Degreepreferably in finance/economics area
·  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong ability to work in Excel
·  Sound knowledge of financial systems (SAP, Tableau, financial reporting systems) would be a strong advantage
·  Good problem solving, analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks
·  Exceptionalcommunication and presentationskills
·  Proficiency in English language
·  Ability to work across markets, cultures and at all levels in the organization within virtual teams
·  Attention to detail
