Job Description

The key purpose of this role is toensure robust FP&A processes across Europe Sector for Topline (NR by Brand, Net Revenue Realization/Max the Mix) to ensure timely decision making supporting Europe business navigation.

Main accountabilities:

·  Deliver FP&A processes for actuals/forecasts/strategic and annual planning around Topline(Rockstar Volume, NR by Brand, Net Revenue Realization/Max the Mix)
·  Ensure robust brand detail planning, reporting and analysis processes, as well as integrity and accuracy of Brand detail databases (HFM/Cockpit/Mosaic), including data collection, maintenance, supervision of upload and retrieval processes, adaptation of input/output formats for changing requirements
·  Provide robust and consistent reporting (NRR/ Max the Mix) by coordinating data collection in excel from BUs, conducting sense checks and preparing reporting in Cockpit tool
·  Ensure consistency of Topline performance track related to major marketing initiatives: on a monthly basis collect the relevant Net Revenue data and conduct performance analysis with Category Finance Team
·  Support Category Finance Teams and Sector FP&A leads around topline by building efficient processes
·  Identify areas for improvement and develop and implement actions to increase efficiency across Sector/BU Topline FP&A processes and planning tools
·  Carry out an ad-hoc analysis & reporting for Topline for Category Finance Teams and Sector FP&A leads

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Very good understanding of business performance, supported by minimum 3 years of related experience in Finance/ Managerial analysis
·  Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of HFM would be desirable
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·  Results orientation with passion for detail
·  Strong communication skills with excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
·  Ease at working with stakeholders at different levels within the organization - Strong communication skills
