We are now recruiting an FP&A Fixed Asset Analyst to join our team in Little Island, Cork on a 8 month fixed term contract.
We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. Role Summary:
This is an exciting role which will manage PepsiCo Fixed Assets for Little Island, Carrigaline, Food Favours and Singapore plants. The successful candidate will work closely with our Engineering Business Partners and Controls and reporting team. You will manage the Fixed Asset reporting and Capitalisations of additions, obtaining great insight into the manufacturing business and associated equipment to produce concentrate.
Primary Accountabilities: -
· Manage month end Capital and Depreciation reporting for three Ireland plants & Singapore.
· Prepare depreciation forecast to ensure insight and foresight is available to Senior stakeholders and variances to plan/forecast explained.
· Work with Engineering team on review of both disposals and new fixed asset additions are capitalisation in a timely manner and PepsiCo and PGCS policy are applied.
· Maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register, reporting schedules and resolve any queries.
· Manage and lead Fixed Asset counts and annual Impairment Reviews.
· Complete Capital Accruals, ensuring all numbers are accurate, right first time and variances to plan/forecast explained.
· Partner with Ireland Engineers and provide support to the business as a SME in Capital and Fixed Asset policies and procedures.
· Preparation of the monthly Blackline reconciliations.
· Liaise and resolve queries from Internal and External auditors.
· Preparation and review of GCS controls, Independent testing, and walkthroughs.
· Prepare journals for capital allocations.
· Track Productivity for Ireland capital projects and Global Strategic Projects.
Qualifications/Requirements

Essential Skills: -
· Excellent understanding of Capital and Fixed Assets.
· Ideally a professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) accountant with experience in a high-volume multinational manufacturing environment.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to relate to and influence co-workers (both financial and non-financial) – the main interactions for this role are with Reporting and Engineering. Establishing and maintaining good working relationships is vital.
· Proficient in Excel and SAP experience is preferential.
· Committed to quality with the drive and determination to fulfil objectives within deadlines. Initiative and a high degree of self-motivation are essential.
· Ability to identify issues on a timely basis, identify an action plan to resolve issues and influence others to implement the action plan. An appetite for continuous improvement and adding value to the business
