Responsibilities

The Opportunity

 

The Mexico analyst supports the business units PO1 (Foods and Beverages) accounting control teams and works along with the Share Service Center based in Vallejo to conduct month ends and year end closing, balance sheet reviews, statutory and local requirements, and also performs accounting and administrative tasks.

 

Your Impact

As Financial Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of …

·  Safeguard company assets by maintaining a high level of financial control as BU.
·  Ensure adherence to Mexico Gaap, US Gaap, Corporate Accounting Policies and procedures and communicate financial reporting issues as known of determinined legal entities.
·  Ensure compliance with Local and Corporate statutory laws, rules and regulations.
·  Identify, pursue and work along with tax team, transfer pricing, actuaries, legal specialist to analize implications to the company.
·  Along with tax team, ensure the tax compliance.
·  To complete certain activities for the Mexico closing process each month and quarter.
Qualifications

· 
Who Are We Looking For?

· 
·  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience.
·  3 years minimum of Accounting / Finance experience.
·  Advanced knowledge working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools.
·  Internal control Expert.
·  Knowledge of the structure of Balance Sheet and Profi & Loss financial information
·  Capabilities to analyse key accounts on the balance sheet and P&L
·  Accounting month-end closing Specialist.
·  Business level English required
·  Excellent organizational skills and able to manage priorities.
·  Multi-task oriented and very responsible and organized.
·  Skills to present and lead sessions to Managers.
·  Analytical capabilities to read financial information
·  Self – study and curiosity
