Responsibilities

The Opportunity  

 

The Finance Net Revenue Technology Coordinator, will be responsible for driving the data analytics agenda for the Frito Lay and Quaker business through effective collaboration with cross functional partners. In addition, the role is responsible for overseeing Quaker’s trade application system (COMPASS) and the business’ existing data flows and tools for maintainance. This role will be required to understand best practices for trade system management and help advance the Canadian Finance technology agenda. The role requires strong communication skills, effective relationship building, sense of ownership & accountability, as well as strong analytical acumen.

The responsibilities would consist of

 

Functional Responsibilities

·  Support and deliver the Revenue Management data analytics agenda - ability to create useful visualizations through BOBJ, Tableau, Power BI, & other Reporting Technologies & ability to provide insights to drive Business Performance
·  Lead and execute business process and application improvements for the PFC revenue management reporting tools by creating the business case, testing and implementing
·  Lead and Execute on Customer and Product Maintenance related activities.
·  Ensure compliance with controls and SOX requirements.
·  Perform Data Quality Analytics, System Health, and Process Mapping
·  Build effective cross departmental relationships supporting shared growth objectives
·  Understand emerging system trends to better equip the Finance team with tools that will advance their analytic capabilities
·  Provide use cases for end users and deliver insights from identified RGM tools

People Responsibilities

·  Liaison between IT and Sales/Finance functions on IT solutions for the business

 

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?  

 

·  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related
·  English fluency required
·  3+ years of experience in finance 
·  Strong IT systems knowledge including database management and Power BI intermediate-advanced, Power Query, Alteryx.
·  Strong experience managing Excel - advanced level.
·  Strong communication skills with ability to simplify key messages and provide valuable insights in a compelling way
·  Ability to influence at various levels of the organization and drive the agenda
·  Strong analytical and project management skills
