Job description
Responsibilities
· Perform all duties associated with building operating expenses for Annual Operating Plan/Forecast/Latest Estimates for all North America Locations including Arlington, NY BIS, and NY Supply Chain.
· Perform all duties associated with building an annual Strategic Business Plan.
· Manage all aspects of maintaining the NA MOH Analysis Forecasting tool (data upload/retrieval)
· Prepare North America Period Flash and Financial Packs.
· Develop Arlington and NY SC Lipton MOH rate allocation for AOP/Forecast & provide rate/volume/mix analysis vs. concepts.
· Manage NA MOH BPC forecasting/Actual Reporting tool - Plan/Forecast/Actuals.
· Serve as backup and support for Senior Financial Planning Analyst for duties associate with the management of write off’s, yield loss, and reserves.
· Process Owner: “Drive the effectiveness of the process and implement process improvements where necessary while always maintaining robust control design and execution. Ensure control awareness by all participants in the process through.
· Control Owner: “Ensure adequate control design and effective execution as required. Test controls as determined by GCS sample size and recommend control documentation updates as required”
Qualifications
· Bachelors Degree in finance or accounting
· 3-5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, planning and forecasting
· Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel / MS Office)
· Ability to quickly analyze issues, prepare comprehensive analysis and provide insights for identifying/solving specific issues
· Proven ability to interface effectively with varied levels of management
· Experience with Sarbanes Oxley strongly desired
· Demonstrated track record of handling multiple priorities while consistently meeting objectives
· Adept at understanding company policies, procedures and products
· Must be detail-oriented as the accuracy of work is critical
· Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem-solving situations
Compensation and Benefits
· The expected compensation range for this position is between $61,700 - $103,250 based on a full-time schedule.
· Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
· Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
· Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
