Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

 

The  main purpose of the Finance Analyst is to lead P/L analysis of topline, D&A, innovation projects, promos and channel needs; provide valuable inputs for decision-making to Caricam Leaders, raise potential risks & opportunities early in the year to identify mitigation plans and ensure deliver targets.

Your Impact

As Finance Analyst your responsibilities would consist of

·  Support P&L KPIs analysis: track topline, D&A, innovations,
·  Deep dive into financial data to create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required actions and effectively frame decisions to be made.
·  Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
·  Support and develop tools and models to improve Planning Processes as Monthly Forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), looking for automation and simplification in all process.
·  Partner directly with the finance teams (Control, MBS and Revenue Management) and develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

 

Education 

·  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or similar

Experience

·  1 years of experience in finance and planning
·  Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
·  Able to work independently and takes initiative
·  Experience developing financial reports and metrics
·  Strong financial & analytical acumen
