Potato Admin
· Receiving & processing all paperwork relating to potato loads from all sites to ensure accurate information input into Oracle
· Check to ensure bonus payments are correct in Oracle before releasing self-bill payment to suppliers
· Raising releases for additional loads
· Weekly Upload of the schedules for potatoes at all PC sites
· Confirmation of rates for new pick up points and creation in Oracle
· Reconcile weekly tonnage figures for PC sites for the Potato Purchasing Manager & site Cost Technicians for Weekly Close
· Reconcile period haulage prices, including provision of data for the fuel calculator to ensure that credits or invoices are issued to correct any variance
· Provide monthly potato levy figures to the British Potato Council
· Cancelling of unused loads once confirmed with suppliers Payroll Admin
· Process monthly overtime and other payroll adjustments using data from TMS time booking system
· Clear daily anomalies from TMS to ensure hours are correctly captured and recorded
· Passes/access printing them and setting up new starters
· Admin of LGAT new starters, movers and leavers to ensure TMS records are up to date
Please note the hours are 32 hours per week ideally across 5 days.
Salary circa £18k (pro-rated)
Qualifications/Requirements
· Numerical with strong attention to detail.
· Good Excel skills
· Hardworking, dedicated and resilient under pressure
· Self-motivated with good self-organisational skills
· Able to build a good rapport with internal and external stakeholder
· Proactive in asking questions when required for key decisions
· Good team player - essential
