·  Ensure consistent and ongoing Sales plans fulfilment
·  Provide ongoing training to merchandising team to ensure achievement of targets
·  Establish and monitor KPI’s of the pre-sellers and merchendisers in the team.
·  Ensure fulfilment of daily store audit forms by merchandising team
·  Analyze the sales per store to ensure maximum sales and efficiency and take actions to improve sales
·  Set monthly sales targets for distributor and follow the fulfillment through weekly 1-on-1 meetings
·  Develop and maintain good relationships with every account and department within the company in order to achieve goals
·  Secure, advice and implement the best possible display exposition in each outlet
·  Provide regular feedback on the stores

Qualifications/Requirements

·  University Degree
·  Previous experience in sales at least for 2 years, preferably in FMCG company
·  Fluent in local language
·  English knowledge would be considered as advantage
·  Drive for results
·  Excellent communication skills
