Job Description

Supports the Perfect Store Development Manager to deliver the multi-year capability agenda (Sales Digitisation) across Europe. The incumbent will help to build and test new execution capabilities, codify best practice examples and own the knowledment management process (Pefect Store Toolkit). There will also be an immediate focus to assist the deployment of image recognition technology (Trax) to 7 x markets by 2021. The position will work closely the key Sector business partners, and where applicable, service the BUs with the relevant information from the Perfect Store toolkit to enable the process.

Main Accountabilities:

·  Supports the Perfect Store Development Manager to deliver the multi-year capability agenda
· 
​Works with the BU Perfect Store teams to incubate and test new execution capabilities

· 
Delivers the management Execution Scorecard across Europe (tracking the Perfect Store KPIs for each BU)

· 
Owns the development of the Perfect Store Toolkit to support and guide the BU teams in the design process

· 
Leads the internal communications agenda (e.g. Smile competition) and knowledge management process

· 
Works with the Sales Capability team to create the content for the quarterly webinars and training sessions

Qualifications/Requirements

Education in Business Administration & Management, International Business & Marketing or equivalent in experience

3-5 years of experience, predominantly within Commercial functions

· 
Multi-Channel (OT or TT as a priority, other channel experience is also beneficial)

· 
Category Development (CatMan and/or Shopper Insights)

· 
Trade Marketing (Shopper Activation)

Language: 100% English speaking role, other languages are desirable
