Job description
Responsibilities
· Partner to Develop & Deliver 2022 AOP ($1.25B) – accountable
· Customer Management – (New assortment, program development, sales tracking) – direct sales accountability for ship-to-home ($40MM) – owner
· Assorment – Own Innovation and commercialization calendar and multi-functional work to bring to life
· Financial forecasting/POR – accountable
· Supply Chain forecasting & influence – accountable/consult
· Creation of Full Year Calendar with promotional & marketing activations – accountable/consult on marketing piece
· Continue to own all PDP, onsite creation for total PEP at Walmart
· Partner with Sales on S2H/Omni pricing alignment & pricing actions in parallel with stores
Compensation and Benefits
· The expected compensation range for this position is between $65,000 - $132,500 based on a full-time schedule.
· Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
· A business development incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
· Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
· Ability to identify and present innovation and key product opportunities evidenced through successful sell-in to the customers
· Customer Management experience – Walmart preferred
· Execute a successful launch of a new item including onsite experience and availability.
· Marketing and promotional plan development and execution in conjunction with the eCommerce Marketing team
· Weekly communication and planning with BU supply chain contacts regarding promotional activity and ongoing forecasting
· Proven success with cross-functional teams, project coordination, and relentless execution & follow up
· Stays on top of the details. Uses data to understand business drivers and make decisions
· Cross-functional “literacy” – as evidenced by the ability to work with support functions such as Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance
· Instinct for execution—as evidenced by strong organizational skills, prompt follow-up, and focus on task completion
· Sound communication skills – as evidenced by the ability to educate and influence internal and external staff
· Resilience – as evidenced by the courage to maintain a positive attitude when faced with obstacles and the willingness to develop alternative approaches to overcome them
· Bias for action – understands the correct sense of urgency for everyday business needs and acts accordingly
Differentiating Competencies
· An experienced C6 (L9) will have the ability to elevate the customer relationship by creating wiring with Walmart contacts and categories that does not exist today.

· Profieicent in data gather and insights tools (Power BI / Throughspot, etc)
