Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This position will follow up national action plans to PMF digital transformation strategy within plants and supply chain by acting as an expert in tools providing coaching and training to ensure adoption, creating standarization and a robust governance of the agenda aligned in business BU priorities.
Your Impact
As DVC National Coordinator (Distribution) your responsibilities would consist of:
· Partners with Project Teams (LATAM DVC, MOS, Engineering, Quality, EHS and Site Teams) to lead all project activities
· Partners with PMF areas leaders to ensure adoption and use of digital tools are in the business priority.
· Implement new business KPIs and standardize them through all manufacturing sites plants that have digital capabilities installed (MES, Predictive Maintenance, Quality 4.0, Teleplaneta 2.0, inbound control tower, transportation control tower and customer control tower)
· Implement National agenda governance for digital capabilities installed and future across supply chain (manufacturing sites, and mixing centers)
· Implement national agenda for ensuring sustain and adoption once DVC projects teams delivers to the sites.
· Promote digital savy across supply chain replicating best practices between national facilities
· Promote continuous improvement culture by participating in lean six sigma agenda across supply to ensure digital capabilities are the source of information
· Train and coach all facilitators involved in the digital capabilities installed in sites and mixing centers
· Create the digital agenda learning for PMF to delivers train the trainers by site
· Support all on site activities related to the Smart Manufacturing Project
· Support and track overall project success metrics and risks from a scope, schedule, KPis
· Supports and executes the integration plan for site venues impacted by the Smart Manufacturing (MOTOR)
· Works across functions (PLAN-MAKE-MOVE) to synchronize project activities
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
· Bachelors in Engineer in Electronics, Mechanics, Electricity, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
Experience
· Minimum 3 years of direct Manufacturing Plan functional experience and project management as role base or critical experience
· Use of advanced Excel and other computational tools such as Power BI (required)
· Advanced English and Spanish work proficiency (required)
· Strategic planning and high sense of organization, with a focus on achieving excellent results.
· The promoter of change and organizational development.
· Controls and Information Systems experience or knowledge (preferred)
· Direct experience with large scale change initiatives
· Excellent qualities for management, talent development, and teamwork.
· Capacity for numerical analysis and synthesis
· Experience working in digital transformation projects
· Experience in 4.0 technologies
· Skilled at collaborating across function, sector, and business boundaries effectively
· Team Work and Leadership/Coaching capabilities
· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively up and down the organizatio
· High degree of influencing & collaboration
· Manufacturing Site Leadership experience
· Ability to handle high-volume, multiple priorities
· Expert decision-making and problem-solving skills
