Job description
Overview
Grow volume and revenue to achieve to AOP target by developing existing accounts/opening new accounts. Develop frontline sales team by working with & coach the frontline sales team according to company guidelines.
Responsibilities
· Manage and drive Sales team performance to achieve sales KPIs with the identified gap closing
· Work with/coach Distributor's salesman to improve the capability
· Accomplish business objectives; develop routing with increasing new calls. Coach Distributor salesman to implement and deliver outstanding results.
· Drive in-field execution as per company guidelines and oversee market activities ensuring DRC’s compliance is on track
· Lead gate meetings to monitor sales performance and cascade clear communication and adherence to pricing and promotions and motivate the entire team to deliver excellent results in assigned routes
· Provide constructive feedback, look for market opportunities
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Be able to lead team and coaching
· Result oriented
· Analytical and problem-solving skills
· Be able to manage change
· Basic Computer skill i.e. MS office
· Mobility to work in upcountry
