Job description

Responsibilities

·  Ensure orders are properly transferred
·  Update KPI reports with dispatched Delivery CRs information
·  Meet with assigned Delivery Drivers and brief on daily plan
·  Review pending orders delivery report and discuss with each PSR
·  Balance truck loads to ensure proper deliveries
·  Perform rerouting when needed using standard process and guidelines
·  Manage routing of customers assigned to his responsibility (when dynamic routing is available)
·  Help to continuously improve the routing process and tools through field learning.
·  Ensure asset levels are consistent with business needs and plans
·  Coolers Deployment (In case of WS)

Qualifications

·  Age 25-35
·  High school diploma
·  Technical background with experience in FMCG company is preferred
·  Good knowledge of main software applications of daily use (e.g. MS excel, routing software)
·  Driving license is preferred

 

Language Proficiency: Intermediate local or basic English proficiency
