Your mission:

In this role you will lead a comprehensive digital transformation, by aligning tools, data intelligence, and sales systems with the business strategy. It will be your role to include automating sales operations for efficiency, identifying transformative projects through data evaluation, and collaborating across teams for optimized Go-To-Market strategies. You will also engage with senior stakeholders, driving Change Management initiatives and working as the focal point for Digital Transformation projects.

Responsibilities

·  Design and execute a comprehensive digital agenda covering tools, data intelligence, and sales systems, aligning with the overall business strategy.
·  Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within sales operations, leveraging automation to streamline reporting workflows and boost overall efficiency.
·  Evaluate data trends and business needs to identify transformative projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Go-To-Market efficiency and effectiveness.
·  Develop projects that streamline processes, ensuring the company is well-prepared for future challenges and actively driving operational excellence.
·  Engage with senior stakeholders, including Commercial Director, KA, Category Sr Mgr, Distributors, and External Partners. Lead Change Management initiatives to ensure successful operational implementation and adoption.
·  Serve as the senior focal point for Digital Transformation and ad-hoc projects, aligning with ESSA Top and collaborating with various teams.
·  Collaborate with teams to leverage digital tools, including Distributors Integration Systems and Force Manager, empowering Go-To-Market strategies and optimizing sales processes.
·  Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in sales analytics. Lead the implementation of new technologies such as Data Science, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Advanced Analytics to drive future success.
·  Collaborate with multiple Business Units across the sector.
Qualifications

·  Minimum 5 years of experience as a technology Subject Matter Expert, including a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience performing all aspects of applicable technician roles.
·  Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, QGIS, and MS Office Suite.
·  Demonstrated expertise in database management and proficiency in executing SQL queries.
·  Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
·  Proven strategic thinking and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities through digital acceleration.
·  Provides excellent project management within multi-disciplined engineering teams. Demonstrates the ability to coach and mentor project teams, aligning project deliverables with the Transformation Project-Roadmap. Strong networking and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential for effective leadership.
·  Fluency in both Portuguese and English. Spanish language is a plus!
