Overview

Net Revenue Management (or Revenue Growth Management) is a major driver of PepsiCo’s future growth and is a key focus for accelerated investment in people, processes, and systems as we seek to build a business that continues to outgrow our peers and delivers against our Global vision to become even Faster, even Better and even Stronger.

 

Global NRM is a relatively new function (~3 years old) that has been created to accelerate the capabilities needed to underpin our future growth. The Team works closely with commercial teams in respective regions and markets to ensure that we leverage advantaged capabilities & insights as we design pricing, promotion, mix and trade plans to compete and win in the market.

This role sits right at the heart of this Digital Transformation and supports the co-ordination the overall Digitalization program.

Responsibilities

·  Support strategic planning process, including stakeholder check-ins, integration into wider PEP processes
·  Co-ordinate development of Capability Horizons across core, TPM and Next Gen (AI driven) capabilities
·  Coordinate Business Unit level roadmaps, integrating into regional processes as appropriate
·  Support strategic projects in support of Digitalization Strategy, coordinating cross functional teams (in cooperation with Corporate teams)
·  Coordinate NRM Digital Governance processes partnering with the Enterprise Transformation Office
·  Drive the GBS agenda for NRM Digitalization (extensive given scope of the program)
·  Support Financial Planning and Budgeting processes with finance
·  Support comms around cultural transformation across target geos
·  Assist senior leader and corporate updates
Qualifications

·  Strategy experience, preferably 1-2yrs+
·  Ability to frame complex strategic problems to facilitate direction setting
·  Project experience within a CPG company (preferably in cooperation with Commercial / NRM teams)
·  Previous exposure to digital transformation, awareness of AI/ML tools
·  Navigating and thriving in ambiguous environment
·  Collaboration and working in a matrix organization
·  Flexible approach in problem solving / developing solutions
