PepsiCo Asst Analyst, Global DMO GBS Technical Support

                PepsiCo operates in an environment undergoing immense and rapid change.  Big-data and digital technologies are driving business transformation that is unlocking new capabilities and business innovations in areas like eCommerce, mobile experiences and IoT.  The key to winning in these areas is being able to leverage enterprise data foundations built on PepsiCo’s global business scale to enable business insights, advanced analytics and new product development.  PepsiCo’s Data Management and Operations team is tasked with the responsibility of developing quality data collection processes, maintaining the integrity of our data foundations and enabling business leaders and data scientists across the company to have rapid access to the data they need for decision-making and innovation.

What PepsiCo Data Management and Operations does:

·  Maintain a predictable, transparent, global operating rhythm that ensures always-on access to high-quality data for stakeholders across the company
·  Responsible for day-to-day data collection, transportation, maintenance/curation and access to the PepsiCo corporate data asset
·  Work cross-functionally across the enterprise to centralize data and standardize it for use by business, data science or other stakeholders
·  Increase awareness about available data and democratize access to it across the company

The Global DMO GBS Technical Support will be responsible for providing technical 1 st line of support for the data activities across all functional area. The resource will also create and maintain internal documentation related to the DMO systems and tools. This role works with the DMO GBS service delivery teams and the sector capability champions for any mass maintenance and mass upload execution requirements.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

·  Provide 1 st line end user support related to any technical issues with the DMO tools
·  Create/maintain internal documentation related to DMO systems and tools
·  Mass maintenance / mass upload execution using DMO tools (i.e., Winshuttle, mass transactions)
·  Manage the technical service catalogue
·  Support and manage DMO master data management tools
·  Resolve basic technical issues (e.g. access issue)
·  Support testing of DMO mass maintenance / mass upload tools
·  Escalation of technical issues to global DMO Technical Champions 
Qualifications

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree in computer science, or information systems or related disciplines
·  2+ years of experience in Winshuttle and other mass maintenance tools is a plus
·  1+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Management or Mata Data Governance (MDG)
·  Strong Knowledge of SQL and some ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, Informatica Suit (IICS, IDQ, IPC), etc)
·  Experience in a customer service role preferably in an IT environment
·  Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality Rules development and testing methodologies with strong background in both Qualitative & Quantitative methods
·  System implementation, testing & baseline support experience a plus
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
·  Experience in Data Quality Management, Data Governance and SAP Data Domains is a plus
·  Ability to work autonomously and escalate issues as required

Ability to clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
