Job description
Responsibilities
Acts as an individual contributor on a need basis, supporting certain projects, ad-hoc analyses, and AOP related activities. He is the primary point of contact for any operational activities. The primarily responsibilities for the role are as following:
· Lead Growth Office budgeting process
· Help the team to solve the bottlenecks in Period End close and during Forecast activities
· Drive Operational performance, Period end close and Forecast activities are performed & delivered timely and acuurately for the team
· Support the strategic plan and AOP activities
· Build strong relationship with Growth Office Towers and IT Finance. Guide and support the smooth functioning of budgeting activities and adequate goverance with Cross functional teams.
· Build strong connect with Growth Office Finance Team through a robust governance structure.
· Lead the Transformation agenda for Automation and Standardisation projects.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as requested
Lead any Transition of new roles
Qualifications
· Experience managing a P&L and managing budgeting excercise
· 2+ years of experience in finance, planning and/or accounting , opex finance and analysis
· CA/CWA/MBA preferred
· Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance,systems knowledge - SAP, Business Objects, Essbase etc
· Konwledge in Power BI & Tableau
· Strong excel skills & technical skills will be added advantage
· Able to work independently and takes initiative
· Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously
· Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
· Ability to function well in a team environment
· Strong leadership skills and capabilities
· Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
· Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
