Responsibilities

The Opportunity  

 

The role of Data Scientist Sr. Analyst has the objective of supporting the Sales Strategy commercial teams by creating, executing, and populating the information related to the commercial area with standard reports and BI tools.

 

Being the Point of Contact between business and technology teams such as troubleshooting data or performance issues.

 

As a Senior Business Reporting Analyst, you will be required to work with the Sales Strategy teams in the OUs in gathering requirements, being able to document needs, and managing themselves with setting up appropriate activities.

 

Your Impact 

 

As Data Scientist Sr. Analyst your responsibilities would consist of

 

·  Responsible to create a Cost-to-Serve Analysis; Extract data to build a CTS analysis and share with Finance team
·  Lead the Sales Strategy reporting team to ensure the performance and the OLAs & SLAs
·  Ensure required cost data and supporting documents are prepared timely, accurately and are in compliance with solicitation.
·  Responsible to Create and Run reporting track for Productivity Execution
·  Support a request or issue and provide a solution either with existing reporting tools or by enhancing new functionalities.
·  Able to optimize process by leveraging best practices.
·  Establish process to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems.
·  Ensure appropriate customer escalations and ticket assignment with different teams including sustain.
·  Give an on-boarding of new reports and services by training end user’s community
·  Participate in fine tuning activities to improve performance and/or ensure the SLA
·  Consistently attending meeting with the client subject matter expert to acquire functional business requirements.
·  Participate the continues improvements meeting
·  Execute reports according to SLAs (Service level agreement)

 

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?  

 

·  Business Administration, Engineer or Data & Analytics related career
·  Good understanding of Business analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, SAP Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Oracle, etc.)
·  2+ years of experience using different systems of data (Alteryx, Power Query, SQL, ETL Python)
·  Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Power BI
·  Knowledge of data governance models and Customer/Material hierarchies
·  Intermediate English
