Responsibilities

The Opportunity  

 

·  As a Data & Analytics analyst you will act as key contributor to the department’s reporting and analytics strategy. You will be responsible for working closely with IBP Demand planning and statistical modeling leads to transform reporting requirements into fully thought-out technical data implementations using various reporting platforms and tools. The role will require working in accordance with PBNA data standards and MRAs Self service reporting framework.
·  This position requires a person with a strong understanding of DSD IBP, and Supply Chain as well as good interpersonal skills. The candidate should also be able to navigate a technical environment for non-technical business partners.

 

Your Impact 

 

As Data & Analytics Analyst your responsibilities would consist of

 

·  Own existing Self service reporting within Tableau and Power BI. This includes
·  Managing SLAs, and data quality for business users
·  Enhancing existing dashboards  
·  ​Maintaining and updating front end logic 
·  ​Lead End User Training 
·  Work with data providers to trouble shoot data delays and data quality issues.
·  Partner with IBP Demand planning, Forecasting analytics, and Process Leads to develop new analytical reporting within Power BI, Tableau, and SAC to support the entire IBP Process
·  Convert legacy Tableau reporting to Power BI and newer platforms
·  Work in accordance with PBNA data standards and MRAs Self service reporting framework.
·  Partner with PBNA D&A and SC E2E Analytics Engineering team to ensure data pipelines and data models are set up to enable reporting
·  Own SQL and DAX logic used with in reporting tools
·  ​Own KPIs and metrics used for IBP 
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?  

 

·  Fluent in English is a must
·  ​​Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Supply Chain, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or Business preferred
·  ​2-3 years professional experience in Analytics (Data management, Data Analytics)
·  Advanced understanding of Power BI and Tableau visualization tools (must)
·  ​Beginner to intermediate SQL programming capabilities, comfortable reading SQL code and writing basic queries (must) 
·  ​Proven interest in Data Science and Statistical Forecasting
·  ​Familiar with the concepts of Demand planning and Supply chain
·  ​High proficiency with MS Office products particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
·  ​Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others​
·  Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools
