Data Analyst for PGT, Finance will be responsible for Data Conversion and Data Readiness work stream ahead of a full Project Deployment engagement, to mitigate risks and improve project effectiveness. This will help reduce the time to deliver valid and accurate (“business ready”) data in support of the project activities, as well as reduce the risk to the target deployment date.
Objective is to use expert Master Data and functional knowledge to plan activities for workstream (create mappings, update Data Quality rules, conduct Data Assessments & execute Source Data Cleansing).

We will have two project hubs for the first ‘wave’; the main one will be based at Green Park; Reading UK and the smaller hub will be based in Warsaw for Polish team members.
Your previous experience as an SAP Data Analyst is desired and strong knowledge of SAP SD, MM, P2P, OTC and FICO will lead to your success. In addition to this, you will have experience in data cleansing tools, processed and procedures to support data preparation and migration activities.
Accountabilities:

Cleanse and Enrich Legacy Data based on Target Requirements in the Legacy system, if possible. If not possible, contribute in defining the transformation rules in Middleware

Reconcile duplicates for Customer, Vendor and Material (Core Master Data) based on the Design Requirements and Scope.

Complete User Acceptance Tests
·
Execute Post Conversion Data Verification and Business Sign off
·
Manual resolution of Data Conversion failures
·
Review/Approve Data Ownership Recommendations
·
Participate in End User Training for new system and processes
·
Contribute to Data Conversion Functional Design Requirements
·
Work with team to identify and deliver all master data and reporting requirements related to the project workstream
·
At all phases, partner with IT team to ensure planned solutions are “fit for purpose” for the BU needs
Qualifications/Requirements
