Job description

Overview

• To ensure purchase orders from customer can be processed on-time and accuracy and deliveries and billing documents can be action.
• Be the contact point of Sales/ Customers to work cross-functionally (QA, Finance, Planning, Logistics…) to settle issues related to sales operation.
• To ensure all the information relevant to customer orders is delivered to Sales/ Customers timely and accurately

Responsibilities

·  To ensure around 180 purchase orders received from customer can be processed on-time and accuracy 
·  Proceed and follow up with CCD, Logistics team on payments for promotion program, tool of trade on-time and accuracy 
·  Work with Sales/ Customers to proceed transfer payment as per aligned timeline to support truck planning process & logistics resource planning improvement .
·  Cooperate and follow up with Logistics to minimize customer pending order
·  Timely and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales order pending, customer transfer report, ad-hoc order report, case fill rate reports 
·  Announce sales policy and procedures are delivered to Sales/ customers timely and accurately 
·  Be the contact point of frontline/ Customers to work cross-functionally (QA, Finance, Planning, Logistics, etc.) to settle issue relating to sales operation 
·  Ensure all customers’ complaints are resolved adequately and in line with the company’s policy
·  Supervise 3 team members to ensure the smooth and effective CS operation 
Qualifications

Qualification: Intermediate or College or Bachelor (University) of Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistic.

Experience:

·  1-2 years in Sales Admin, Customer Service
·  Knowledge of Oracle, SAP system is a plus
