Overview

The Supply Chain Customer Service Representative contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Beverages Canada warehouse delivery business by insuring accurate fulfillment to Retail, Food service and Small format customers. The location for the role is in Mississauga and/or Peterborough. This will be an 18 month Contract position. 

Responsibilities

·  Lead a national portfolio for a Direct to Warehouse Distribution (DWD) Key Account
·  Responsible for reviewing and processing EDI customer orders to the DWD warehouse network
·  Responsible for resolving customer Ad Hoc requests regarding Overages, Shortages and Damages as well as invoice/po adjustments
·  Accountable for providing product disposition for failed and rejected deliveries
·  In charge of customer inbound appointment booking and resolutions
·  Owns weekly, periodic, quarterly, and annual customer supply chain and pepsi supply chain connect to align on business priorities
·  Accountable for validating and reporting customer fill rate metrics
·  Consult with supply chain, Sales and Marketing on Innovation, Promotional Activity, Sku Rationalization, Allocation and Display Ready Offerings, to ensure the right product is delivered to the right place at the right time
·  Leads daily communication with customers on current and future Product Shortages, Format changes, Sourcing Changes and TI-HI’s
·   Participate in regular touch points with Transportation and Warehouse teams to review current and future fulfillment opportunities
·  Engage with IT on system issues pertaining to OMS, WHM and TMS when prompted and during system upgrades; in addition to carrying out the required Testing.
Qualifications

·  Relevant education in either Supply Chain, Engineering and Commerce or similar work experience
·  Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including diplomacy when dealing with conflicts
·  An assertive, analytical individual who can work as part cross-functional team
·  Ability to work well under pressure in a busy team environment
·  Strong competency in the area of information management and the ability to learn systems quickly (experience with Siebel and SAP is an asset)
·  Bilingual candidates (written, oral) will be preferred
·  Some travel may be required
