Job Description

·  Super key user for SAP Material workflow – providing guidance and guiderails to all data owners;
·  Responsible for SAP workflow completion for all new SKUs and acting as a single point of contact for all activities related with finished goods database;
·  Ensure accurate and in-time input for all related requests which are coming via agreed local platforms (Comm’n, LTM, MBR, SMR, TPO);
·  Streamline the communication with local stakeholders to achieve the expected level of SL (avrg 10 working days for workflow completion from current 30 days);
·  Request feedback and propose action plans to DMO and Commercialization teams by anticipating and effectively addressing all process bottlenecks via relevant and in-time corrective actions;
·  Interact extensively with Commercialization, Trade marketing, Supply planning, Sales and Finance teams to contribute with the right analysis to drive productivities via portfolio optimization;
·  Generate and communicate within the organization a quarterly leaflet which must contain the main KPIs along with key highlights related to the process evolution/solution for process improvement;
·  Maintain material determination in SAP for EDI orders based on input from Supply planning/ DRP / Customer Collaboration;
·  Provide support in the implementation of specific Customer collaboration Projects – direct collaboration with OT & DTS Customer Collaboration Team leaders, other Supply Chain team leaders and possible KAM team;
·  Provide support in regular reporting of EB CS&L driven KPI’s (Service Level, Invoice accuracy) to enable budget adherence and tracking along with continuous improvement framework

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Excellent collaboration skills successfully used to drive faster alignments/unlock barriers;
·  Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments;
·  Knowledge of data modeling and architecture including principles and techniques;
·  Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and functions in the organization;
·  Strong analytical skills and data ownership;
·  Ability to generate solutions to improve the quality data;
·  Very good knowledge in Excel and ability to work with big data base;
·  3-7 years Supply Chain experience - preferable in FMCG;
·  University degree;
