Overview

The Control and Reporting Senior Associate will be responsible for performing and maintaining effective controls and accounting process for the following key functions within the Cost Accounting organization:

Responsibilities

·  Material Master Data Maintenance.
·  Standard Costing including costing runs for field locations as well as the national average costing process.
·  Responsible for providing appropriate level of reporting on data status/trends/issues.
·  Responsible for working requests coming through the common costing email box.
·  Responsible for maintaining master data requests received via SAP workflow.

In addition, the Senior Associate will be responsible for providing cost accounting support to various company initiatives, efficiency initiatives, as well as subject matter expert for area of responsibility.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

·  The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,400 - $75,550 based on a full-time schedule.
·  Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
·  Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

·  Four year degree in Accounting or Finance.
·  Strong problem solving skills.
·  Familiarity with SAP a plus.
·  Proficient in MS-Excel.
·  Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
·  Ability to grasp and comprehend complex financial transactions and processes.
·  Ability to think outside the box to drive process improvement.
·  Basic understanding of Supply Chain. Inventory policies and applications a plus.
·  Ability to prioritize in a highly demanding environment.
·  Ability to operate effectively as part of a large team.
