Responsibilities
The Opportunity and your impact
As Control e Report Manager your responsabilities would consist of:
Responsible for preparing the operating cash flow statement, including recommendation on forecasts and target achievement. Carry out support on forecasting maine OCFs KPI: DSO, DPO and DII.
Oversees and analyzes capital investment requests (CAPEX) in order to ensure the correct application of resources and accounting of expenses in accordance with different rules and regulations to which the Company is subject. It monitors the adherence of CAPEX projects to the execution schedule and return on investment according to the proposal approved by the Administration. Carry out with the responsible areas the calculation of the results of the productivity projects, according to objectives established in the business plan and provide guidance on correct accounting. Prepare and present KPIs to stakeholders.
Analysis and evaluation of the trends and act as a Business Partner and Consultant to the business for general recommendation, opportunities and risks of controls in the OCF and CAPEX flows.
Prepare reports and presentation, including the variance analysis compared to previous months, to Balance Sheet and OCF responsibles according to their needs and providing insights and analysis about risks and opportunities. Constantly in touch with other regions / BUs to evaluate the best practices and standardization of calculation and accounting.
Qualifications

· Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations (BRGAAP and USGAAP)
· Bachelor in Finance or Related Area
· Excellent computer skills in MS Office
· Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases
· Multitasking Ability
· Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
· Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills
· Team player
· Good time management skills
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
· Advanced English
