Job Description

The Commercialisation Project Leader reports to Commercialisation Team Leader. This role is a key enabler to the delivery of the POLISH commercial agenda for right channels & customers for right category (or Snacks or Beverages) and therefore PepsiCo Poland growth plans and financial targets:
·  Across multiple channels [Disc, AfH, HM&SM, TT] / customers/ product platforms/brands [Salty Snacks - Lays, Cheetos, Doritos, Sweet - 7days, Vanmelle/ Beverages – Pepsi, 7up, Mirinda, Lipton, Mountain Dew]
·  Managing multiple initiatives at any time (mainly through personal ownership)
This position is accountable for the project management of snacks or beverages initiatives dedicated to right customer or channel, typically across a 0-12 month time horizon . This would involve up to leading up to 10 Innovations projects / Lift&Shift or Lift&Adapt/ relatively low scale projects (mainly Import).

Working closely with multiple functions, the role is responsible for managing projects from initial idea (Gate 1) through to Gate 4 sign off, and into Stage 5 execution.
Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams to develop business cases &assure smooth project execution.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Project Management Excellence
·  Provide world class commercial project management for snacks pipeline.
·  Manage the x-functional team to deliver against the agreed milestones, clearly communicating expectations and deadlines for deliverables
·  Proactively assess and manage risk including understanding and challenging assumptions to ensure project remains robust at all times
·  Effectively manage projects through the Stage Gate process
·  Strong entrepreneurial drive & a compelling communicator with the ability to collaborate with and influence effectively across broad x-functional teams
·  Strong team player
·  Self-starter capable of managing their own agenda within a complex fast paced environment
·  Fluent English is a must
·  Related experience (Innovation, Commercialization,New Product Development, Project Management, Marketing, Trade Marketing) for at least 3 years
·  Experience within FMCG industry would be an advantage
