Job description
Обязанности:
· Leads innovation and commercial change project management from idea to final execution for Innovation and Change projects (project teams; timeline; cost of change control; cross-functional management; risk control & trade-offs) to deliver Category AOP target on NR from innovation and ensures projects flawless execution and compliance to Commercialization project management standards;
· Supports Capex process and execution;
· Leads G4 development and execution for Regional EER projects. Ensures BU contribution to Regional EER projects at early stages;
· Leads and executes projects readiness reporting (Ready-Steady-Go, dockets) to ensure key projects transparency for the Company top-management and proactively manages projects’ issues and risks. Ensures processes & documentation compliance while tracking and reporting innovation executional risk;
· Leads project calendar for Ро1 category;
· Ensures project calendar visibility for Ро1 BUCCA team including cross-functional partners;
· Acts as a project management champion for Ро1 team to foster further Stage Gate process implementation and best-in-class project management standards;
· Supports Commercialization Capability agenda via contributing into development & leading roll-out of new tools / standards / processes for Ро1 category. Требования:
· Higher education;
· Track record of achievement as Commercialization Manager in FMCG business;
· Multi-tasker: able to handle several projects at different stage of development;
· Strong communication and people management skills;
· Strong sense of data analysis and financial acumen;
· Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and aptitude to learn new software;
· Well organized with the ability to handle multiple and competing priorities to meet deadlines;
· Strong project management skills;
· Good English communication is a must.
