Responsibilities

The Opportunity   

 

Supervise the Customer Information Analyst (CIA) processes all new requests and changes for customers, route, and organization in accordance with data management guidelines. The CIAs are responsible for collecting and reviewing relevant information incorporating research and analysis to determine proper action. The CIA communicates the status of requests as well as resolves disputes and issues. The CIA will be required to perform periodic audits of existing Customer MasterFiles data. The supervisor will ensure that tasks are performed timely, utilizing OLA/SLAs and scorecards, build relationships with division sales teams / customers, help to problem solve and continue to develop CIA team

 

Your Impact 

 

As Commercial Sr Coordinator - US your responsibilities would consist of

 

·  Lead and develop CIA team
·  Monitors and ensures all forms are submitted with complete and accurate data
·  Ensure effective utilization of CDM task manager
·  Analyze large complex issues and provide guidance to CIA team to resolve field requests
·  Create and review scorecards (OLA/SLA) to ensure customer maintenance requests are processed timely
·  Manage CIA team, includes training and onboarding along with career development
·  Build strong relationships with division sales leaders and control and continue to advance processes and technology for a more effective CIA COE

 

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?  

 

·  Bachelor’s degree in Business/Control/Operations
·  Fluent in English
·  Experience supervising a large team
·  Experience in back office
·  Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, Power Bi)
·  SAP
