Job description


As Team Leader your role will be to support the Cluster Lead and DACH Commercial Sales team. As a team leader for General Sales support and DX teams you do not afraid to jump into the work of your team , will strive to drive service efficiency and leading the team against key deliverables . You will provide recommendations to the Cluster Sales and Spain BU teams, highlighting opportunities for growth and productivity.


·  Leading and coaching team members in their technical capabilities development.
·  Leading the team through transition process and providing support in this area both to Cluster Lead and KBS transition team
·  Develop winning relationships with key stakeholders within the Cluster Commercial function and relevant DACH Commercial teams, embedding GBS services within the organization.
·  Act as a point of contact and trusted business partner for Cluster Commercial team, participating in standard operational review calls with key stakeholders and Business Leaders
·  Support the Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings

Additional responsibilities:

·  Keeping regular 1:1’s with KBS Team members to understand the workload, specifics of accounts, fields for improvements etc
·  Help Sales Cluster Lead to track SLA properly / check up to be done on a weekly basis
·  Support KBS Team members in daily activities/challenges related to both scope and relationship building
·  Identify risk both within the Team and also on the line KBS – BU workload – if required.
·  Helping with recruitment process, being the second round reviewer for every new hire person.
·  Plan daily work/proper split of activities for each Team Member
·  Coaching/motivating/mentoring 
·  Lead Team huddles
·  Work on process improvements
·  Mid term reviews with Team Members
·  Creating development plans for Team Members upon request
·  Tracking P&D properly
·  Support Team Manager in all KBS – BU initiatives
·  Creating actions plan based on survey

·  Fluency in English – German is a bonus
·  Bachelors in Business / Accounting /Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering
·  2-4 years’ experience in business environment , preferably within FMCG
·  1-3 years’ experience in people’s management
·  Extensive know-how in FMCG channels is a plus
·  Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience
·  Demonstrated experience with MS Excel & Commercial Analytics
