Job description

Responsibilities

·  Provide end to end Warehouse Trade Management support for Gatorade BU.
·  Create, update and prepare ongoing periodic business reports for Period Close and forecast.
·  Coordinate with multiple Sales Finance functions to review the financials and identify key drivers for P&L.
·  Prepare Early Read & Cause of Change (CoC) summaries for Close & forecast to communicate business results and insights.
·  Support in accrual accounting for Manual Accrual Overlays by Sales Finance teams.
·  Lead Quarterly Accrual review process with Senior Leaderships from Sales, Control & Commercial Finance teams.
·  Collaborate with Controller on reporting FIFO and Cash Flow submission for Close and forecast and report the drivers for material change.
·  Perform ad hoc analysis and provide insightful analysis of business results to Senior Management.
·  Work on key region/customer initiatives to drive business and region performance.
·  Deep dive of Performance analysis, including explanation of variance to plan, forecast and prior year.
·  Support the annual operating plan (AOP) process.
·  Support the Overall Commercial team in taking up additional ad-hoc projects.
·  Comply with US SOX controls and Audit standards and perform periodic/quarter testing.
Qualifications

·  5 to 6 years of experience in finance and planning for post graduates (commerce, accounting, finance)
(2 to 5 years of finance experience for Chartered accounts preferred)
·  Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Essbase
·  Tableau knowledge
·  Strong excel skills
·  Able to work independently and takes initiative
·  Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously
·  Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
·  Ability to function well in a team environment
·  Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
·  Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
