Are you ready to work as a COGS Supply Chain Finance Planning Graduate? You willprovide analytic support and financial advice in Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) P&L lines within the Supply Chain Finance organization on behalf of the BUs preparing realistic and accurate plans for Snacks, Beverages and Juices Categories in SWE BU (c. $0.41bn) and BUs across ESSA via exported volume from SWE BU plants (c. $0.06bn).

Accountabilities

·  Support coordination of all COGS financial planning cycles (PSP/AOP/FCST/RF) ensuring alignment and deliverables, in close collaboration with all stakeholders in the process.
·  Support planning processes with 4 Manufacturing Plants.
·  Provision of Cost Cards and managing inventory effect.
·  Support PPV Reporting to Global Procurement during month close.
·  Ownership of the calculation and communication of Intercompany Sales Transfer Prices in May with the definitive AOP figures. Manage Transfer Prices requests for new products delivering good performance in order to increase the Intercompany Sales to new markets and improve the leverage of SWE BU Plants (c. $14mm of FMOH Fee) leading to incremental NOPBT for the BU.
·  Support Coman SCF Team providing financial reports and closing support.
·  Tracking of the new raw materials approved in SWE, ensuring the correct pricing and support the introduction of them in the systems.
·  Ownership of the Commercial Budget (d. $2.3mm) for SWE tracking the expenditure on Copackers and flagging deviations, providing support to Trade Marketing. Checking for productivities inside this budget and spliting exports manipulations from domestic ones.

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Skills / Experience Required

·  Role requires University Degree, preferable related to Business Administration. Some kind of financial specialization is desirable.
·  Role requires interest in Supply Chain Finance to be able to learn key business drivers to enhance business performance.
·  Role requires Business level Proficiency in English.
·  Deep knowledge in Excel is a plus.
·  Self-starter, high level of thinking & analytical skills, operational fact knowledge, priority setting, drive for results, and integrity.
·  Previous experience in Finance will be a plus.
