Responsibilities

The Opportunity

 

Execute the creation of projects in SAP, guaranteeing the integrity of the financial information of the company, comply with the SLA's of services, policies and procedures PI, USGAAP, Financial regulations and SOX.

 

Your Impact

 

As an Cntrl & Rpt Sr Accountant your functions would consist of:

·  Receive requests from BUs for the creation of WBS structures into SAP system  for MKT investments and Fixed Assets  ( Foods & Beverages LATAM), this proyects could be annual o muntiannual.
·  Verify that CAR has all the supporting information according to the  matrix authorization to cover with all the documents for the execution of SOX controls.
·  In the event that any document is due, the Analyst must communicate with the person who launched the WF to manage the sending of the information and thus be able to create the WBS. Otherwise the request is rejected.
·  Create folders in the Share Point folder, as a backup for Audits, Sox and internal use with all the documentation.  Ensure compliance with financial information policies, procedures and controls in the area to guarantee reliable income statements, and compliance with KC SOX certification. 
·  Manage the maintenance of projects, (Opening, closing, technical closure, budget allocation & distribution). Checking that the movement requests come with the corresponding authorizations.
Qualifications

Education

·  Bachelor's Degree - Accounting / Administrative Field.

Experience

·  Experience of 2 - 3 years in Accounting - Financial areas
·  Language: English - Intermediate- advanced
·  Use of Excel (intermediate - advanced), Power Point, Word. Desirable management of SAP
