Responsibilities
The Opportunity
SAP Cloud Apps Integration Coordinator supports the Global IT PGT program by ensuring the delivery and implementation of technology platform through the design, build, management and operation, according to the deployment timeline and requirements.
Your Impact.
As Cloud Apps Integration Sr. Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
· Ensure that the PGT SAP Cloud Apps landscape and related activities are aligned to deployment timelines and requirements and aligned to SAP best practices.
· Collaborate with the Value Stream, Basis, Development, Security teams, release, cutover, deployment team members and Technical Leads to deliver SAP Cloud Apps management services accordingly.
· Leads the SAP Cloud Apps upgrade calendar, communicating and aligning activities with stakeholders.
· Own the 30-60-90 Forecast of SAP Cloud Apps management activities and communicate activities accordingly.
· Own communication about environment changes, maintenance, downtimes and cutovers to SAP Cloud Apps teams.
· Document and keep current the SAP Cloud Apps timelines partnering with Tech Sector Leads.
· Understand the current landscape and develop documentation, map product, infrastructure and future state for SAP Cloud Apps.
· Partner and manage activities across teams to understand dependencies and align plans with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
1. Experience:
· 1-2 years working across variety of SAP products and platforms from IT management perspective
· 1-2 years of experience managing ITSM processes
· 2-3 years project management applying agile and waterfall methodologies
· 2-3 years experience in delivery (managing project end-to-end execution)
· 3+ years IT planning and execution
Mandatory Technical Skills:
· SAP Cloud Products such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Analytics, etc.
· ITSM tools and processes
· Project management (agile and waterfall methodologies)
Mandatory Non-Technical Skills:
· Developing and giving presentations to different audiences (Value Stream Teams, Technical Teams, Leadership, etc)
· Communication skills in both spanish and english at a full proficient professional level
· Adaptability and change management
· Planning and risk management
